Born in Ankara in 1961, Zafer Kaymakcı graduated from Ankara Kurtuluş High School in 1978 and from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics and Finance in 1982. He holds all the Capital Markets Board Licenses and is a member of Istanbul SMMO. He served as the Chief Specialist of the Capital Markets Board Auditing Department between 1983-1996, as the Head of the Şahin Menkul Değerler A.Ş. Inspection Board between 1996-1998, as the Head of the Yaşar Yatırım A.Ş. Inspection Board between 1998-2002, as the General Manager of İnfo Yatırım A.Ş. between 2002-2008, and as the General Manager of Gedik Yatırım A.Ş. between 2008-2009. He worked as the Chairman of the Inspection Board, and between 2009-2013, he worked as a Training and Consultancy Activity, Capital Market Activities, Corporate Governance, Public Offering, Merger-Acquisition Consultancy in various Brokerage Firms and Public Companies. Between 2013-2016, he served as an Independent Board Member at Kuyumcukent Gayrimenkul Yatırımları Inc. Between 2014-2019, he served as an Independent Board Member at Gediz Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret Inc. Between 2014-2018, he served as the Investor Relations Unit Manager at San-el Mühendislik Elektrik Taahhüt Sanayi ve Tic. Inc. He worked as an Independent Board Member at Senkron Güvenlik ve İletişim Sistemleri Inc. in 2019 and as an Advisor to the Board of Directors in 2020-2021. He continues his duties as a partner at KFD Kurumsal Finansman ve Yönetim Danışmanlığı Ltd. Şti.

Born in Diyarbakır in 1992, he began his professional career while studying in the Science Department at Madinah International High School in Medina in 2018, working at his family's restaurant/catering business. He graduated from the Business Management Department at Sakarya University's Faculty of Business Administration in 2015. Since 2022, he has been pursuing a master's degree in International Trade at the Foreign Trade Institute of Istanbul Commerce University. After various work experiences, he took the helm of Remos Natural Cosmetics Company, which he founded.
