Our aim in the statement of ethical rules and working principles is to adopt and protect this structure, acting within the framework of a suitable work environment and moral order against all structures for which we are responsible as all employees. It is expected that this statement will guide our company structure, perspective and all of our work ethic to act within the framework of ethical rules both for our employees and for all the organizations we serve. These rules cover all employees, foreign companies, representative offices and sales structures employees.

Our employees avoid waste and ensure the most efficient use of company assets by using all the fixtures and equipment of the company in accordance with their purpose. It is their main duty to avoid all kinds of behavior that will damage the image and reputation of the company and to fulfill their obligations in the most correct way.

We act openly and honestly towards our employees. Attitudes and behaviors in the nature of “mobbing” are unacceptable. We work with the principle of respect for personal rights, employees and private life in a legal working environment.

Relations with Group Companies

As our privacy policy is defined in the internal regulations; It is based on the element of not sharing information that may be harmed by persons or institutions belonging to all stakeholders and employees or to benefit others.

Principle of Respect for Human Rights

Environmental Health Policy

We are an organization that is sensitive to the environment and nature and feels the responsibility of protecting the environment. Being aware of the fact that natural resources are not endless, we aim to use methods that will minimize the negative effects of all kinds of waste and products.

We approach our product selections and production activities with the method that causes the least damage to the environment, as stated by the legislation.

Use of Gersan proprietary assets and technology

In our company, non-public information, transactions, computer software, technical information, materials, records, files, documents, programs, reports, reviews, data, customer lists, trade secrets and all other information are stored by Gersan A.Ş. property and cannot be used outside of business.

Equipment and belongings allocated to its employees by Gersan are not considered as private goods and cannot be used by any employee for the benefit of any personal or other person, whether monetary or not.

All internet system provided; for business transactions, communications and research. It cannot be used for purposes other than these (obscene, pornographic, terrorist or illegal purposes).


Our Human Resources Practices in Line with Our Principles

Working conditions

All human resources and working conditions in our company are carried out in accordance with the labor law numbered 4857. All kinds of legal and social rights such as insurance and working hours are arranged fairly for the employee.

All kinds of occupational safety and professional competency trainings declared by the legislation are followed and completed in full.

In areas where it is mandatory to wear work clothes and use protective equipment, our employees are obliged to dress and use the equipment as specified by the law. In other areas, they dress neatly and carefully.

Gift acceptance

Gifts, entertainment or other gifts that may affect or aim to influence the preferences and decisions of our institution should not be accepted.Our employees may receive an item/service for any transaction or business, or cash, check, etc., regardless of value. demand and cannot be accepted.


Borrowing ban

Our employees cannot borrow money from customers, third parties, gain any benefit or enter into a surety relationship in any way during the execution of their duties or in connection with these duties.

Our employees should also show maximum sensitivity to the mutual debt issue between the subordinates and superiors so that their relations are not damaged.

Bribe

Bribery is the direct or indirect offer of payment or benefit in order to gain an illegal advantage in order to do or not to do a job contrary to the requirements of the duty, and to influence decisions and practices. This can be a cash or non-cash payment, a valuable gift, an offer to provide an advantage that will provide personal benefit to the employee, etc. It can occur in many ways. Acceptance and offer of all kinds of personal interest relations and materials are prohibited.

Outsourcing

Gersan employees cannot directly or indirectly engage in activities that require them to be considered as merchants or artisans (“commercial enterprise” or “artisan enterprise”) and/or cannot be shareholders or partners. He cannot be a member of the board of directors or an auditor in companies other than Gersan, and he cannot work for a paid or unpaid job in any commercial business of real and legal persons without obtaining written approval.

All Harmful Substances Like Alcohol and Cigarettes

Gersan employees are expected to show maximum sensitivity about substances that may harm their own and the public's health. For this reason, it is forbidden to use cigarettes and alcohol in our offices and production areas, and to come to work and work under the influence of alcohol.

Material/Moral Relationships Between Employees

No Gersan employee should establish relationships with debtors, creditors, tenants, landlords or guarantors with their subordinates or superiors. It is expected that they will not engage in any inappropriate affair within the company, and not engage in any kind of relationship that may place people under suspicion.
