Recruitment Process

When we need a new teammate, the Human Resources Department determines the features required by the job and starts the recruitment process through internet postings. Incoming applications are evaluated and candidates are evaluated through interviews with human resources, relevant managers and the general manager.

Recruitment Process

Successful candidates are placed in suitable positions. Each interviewee is informed of the result of the interview.

Candidates are also expected to have the following qualifications along with the competencies required by the positions.
