Born on March 17, 1976, in Siirt, Erkan İzgi graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Macedonia Vision University and is currently pursuing a master's degree in business administration at Cyprus Science University. Upon the passing of his father, he took over the leadership of Izgi Group Companies. He is currently serving as the Chairman of the Board and Managing Partner of Izgi Group Companies. Through Izgi Group Companies, he continues to work with British Petroleum, Shell, Opet, and Total. Erkan İzgi is also the founder and majority shareholder of Izgi Holding, a highly diversified holding company operating in numerous fields, including 24 LPG and Petroleum Products Distribution Centers, Semi-Refined Petroleum, Construction, Marine Logistics Transportation, Road and Highway Construction, Tunnel Boring, Automotive Sales, Service and Distribution, Metal Processing and Manufacturing Facilities, Agricultural Livestock, Food Packaging and Distribution Centers, LPG distribution, and Health investments. Erkan İzgi also serves as a Board Member of the Unity Foundation, Chairman of the PUIS Bursa Branch, founding member of the Happy Home Happy Life Association, founding member of the White Moon Association, and a member of the BTSO Energy Committee.

She was born in Istanbul in 1979. She graduated from Koç Private High School in 1997 and graduated from Istanbul University – English Department of Economics in 2001. While continuing her university education, she interned in the Foreign Trade Department at Eczacıbaşı, Garanti Bankası and Gersan Elektrik Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. She completed her Foreign Trade Department education at Istanbul Commerce University in 2002 and currently serves as Export Manager and Board Member at Gersan Elektrik Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş.

Born in Istanbul in 1978, he graduated from the Mechanical Drawing and Design Department at Sakarya Vocational School of Sakarya University in 2000. Between 1998 and 2000, he started his professional career in the technical project design department at Famer Inc. Since 2000, he has been serving as the Factory Manager at our company.

Born in Gaziantep in 1977, he graduated from İbni Sina High School in İslahiye, Gaziantep, in 1994 and from the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Uludağ University in 2000. He worked as an Assistant Commercial Customer Representative at Yapı ve Kredi Bankası Inc. from 2003 to 2006. From 2006 to 2013, he served as a Customer Relationship Manager in SME Banking at Garanti Bankası Inc. He was the Branch Manager at ING Bank Inc., Batman Branch, from 2013 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, he was the Branch Manager at ING Bank Inc., Bahçekapı Branch. From 2019 to 2020, he served as the Branch Manager at ING Bank Inc., Boğaziçi Regional Office, and the Branch Manager at ING Bank Inc., Sancaktepe Branch. As of 2023, he is working as the Finance Director at Gersan Electric Trade and Industry Inc. He is married and has two children.

Born in Siirt in 1961, she graduated from Batman Girls' Vocational High School. Since 1997, she has been serving as a board member of Izgi Construction Inc.

Zafer Kaymakcı, born in Ankara in 1961, graduated from Ankara Kurtuluş High School in 1978 and from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics and Finance, in 1982. He holds all Capital Markets Board (CMB) licenses and is a member of the Istanbul Chamber of Independent Accountants and Financial Advisors (SMMO). Between 1983 and 1996, he served as Chief Expert at the Capital Markets Board's Audit Department. From 1996 to 1998, he worked as the Chairman of the Inspection Board at Şahin Menkul Değerler A.Ş., and between 1998 and 2002, he held the same position at Yaşar Yatırım A.Ş. From 2002 to 2008, he served as General Manager at İnfo Yatırım A.Ş., followed by his role as Chairman of the Inspection Board at Gedik Yatırım A.Ş. in 2008–2009. Between 2009 and 2013, he was involved in training and consultancy for various intermediary institutions and publicly traded companies, focusing on capital market activities, corporate governance, public offerings, mergers, and acquisitions. From 2013 to 2016, he served as an Independent Board Member at Kuyumcukent Gayrimenkul Yatırımları A.Ş. He was also an Independent Board Member at Gediz Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. from 2014 to 2019 and worked as Investor Relations Unit Manager at San-el Mühendislik Elektrik Taahhüt Sanayi ve Tic. A.Ş. between 2014 and 2018. In 2019, he became an Independent Board Member at Senkron Güvenlik ve İletişim Sistemleri A.Ş., later serving as a Board Advisor from 2020 to 2021. Currently, he continues his career as a partner at KFD Kurumsal Finansman ve Yönetim Danışmanlığı Ltd. Şti.

Born in 1952 in Siirt, Afif Demirkıran graduated from Istanbul Technical University's Faculty of Mines in 1973. He completed his Master of Philosophy in Mining Engineering and Ore Processing at the University of Leeds, England, between 1975 and 1978. He held managerial positions at Etibank, served as General Manager at the Prime Ministry State Planning Organization Treasury and Foreign Trade Undersecretariat, and held Board memberships at Ereğli Iron and Steel Inc. and Sümerbank A.Ş. He also worked as a coordinator and manager in the private sector and served as General Manager and Board Chairman at TEAŞ (Turkish Electricity Generation and Transmission Corporation) and Vakıf Enerji A.Ş. In 2002, Afif Demirkıran entered politics and served as a Member of Parliament for Batman in the 22nd term and for Siirt in the 23rd and 24th terms. During these terms, he held roles such as membership in the Turkey-EU Joint Parliamentary Committee, Chairmanship of the Turkey-AB Parliamentary Committee, and Chairmanship of the Turkey-Spain Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group. He also served as Vice Chair of the Turkey-Pakistan Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group during the 24th term. He is married and has four children.
